UK invites public input on nanotech policy

The UK is showing signs of building public understanding and input on nanotechnology, as the Council for Science and Technology is soliciting public input for its review of the Government's response (pdf) to the Royal Society//Royal Academy of Engineering report, Nanoscience and Nanotechnologies: opportunities and uncertainties (pdf).

Their call for evidence invites written submissions by October 2.

We'll see how well the US can follow suit with the FDA's public forum coming up this fall.
