Rice and Alberta to Collaborate on Green Energy

Rice University and the Alberta, Canada have announced plans to collaborate on green energy production through nanotechnology.
"Under the agreement, Rice's Richard E. Smalley Institute for Nanoscale Science and Technology will join forces with nanoAlberta, part of Alberta Advanced Education and Technology, to address environmental issues about Canada's oil sands," writes the Houston Chronicle's Brett Clanton.
