No nano in 2007 state of the union

Those of us hoping to hear the word nanotechnology in the president's 2007 state of the union address, as we did for the first time in 2006, were disappointed. Nanotech was not addressed as the president focused on the war in iraq and other matters.
This year's address did mark the first time the president has uttered the phrase global climate change, as he acknowledged the threat of global warming and suggested that advances in green technology will "help us be better stewards of the environment."
