“ Pure ” nanotech stocks make up latest index

Chances are, if you have mutual funds, you have money invested in nanotechnology. Big firms like general motors, Hewlett-Packard and IBM all have significant investments in nanotech R&D. But increasingly, investors are looking for " pure " nanotechnology indexes, bundles of companies that focus on nanotechnology. The latest is the Nanotechnology Index from Global Crown Capital out of San Francisco. It claims to be the only index representing pure nanotechnology public stocks, and is made up of the following firms:
