"Inner Life" video reveals majesty of nanoworld

The Inner Life of a Cell, a beautiful eight-minute animation created for Harvard biology students, gives a breathtaking glimpse of life at the molecular scale. The film shows the inner workings of a cell, focusing in particular on white blood cells.
"There are plenty of others in the academic community creating these kinds of animations to illustrate concepts for students and their peers, but they tend to look and feel, well, very academic. The idea with this was to make something different, and there was definitely an effort to make it as cinematic as we could," said lead animator John Liebler.
They've certainly succeeded in creating a sense of "being there" at the molecular level. Best of all, it's available for all to see at Studio Daily. Hat tip to Responsible Nanotechnology for pointing it out. (photo Harvard University)
This sense of being there is the most important issue for such researches and for the students as well.
